We understand that there have been reports of a discrepancy with the SEO score in the Videolytics tool, and we want to assure you that our development team is investigating this matter with the utmost urgency. We realize how vital this tool is to your daily workflow, and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.
Please note, if you use SEO Studio to optimize the video (here's an explanation of the tool here if you don't already use it) you should see the score increase. This SEO Studio score version more accurately reflects the search optimization of the video since you are prompted to select a targeted keyword - compared to the general score, which only shows you a score based on less information. If you'd like more of an explanation of the difference, please check out this Support article: Why am I seeing two different SEO scores?
We want to assure you that we are actively working to gather more information about the issue at hand, and we will keep you informed as we learn more.
