Announcement to Affiliates Regarding October 2023 Payment Update
We are reaching out to provide an update on the status of your pending October 2023 payment. Our team is actively working to resolve this issue, and we are happy to report some progress, particularly with the dashboards now reflecting last month's activities along with the payable amounts.
As for the upcoming payments, we are expecting to process them on December 1st, as per our usual schedule. However, we want to be transparent in communicating that we are still exploring the issue, and there is a possibility of encountering errors similar to what occurred in November. We are making every effort to avoid such disruptions.
Regarding the missed payments from November, please note that these will not be automatically paid. We are currently compiling a list of affiliates who were affected by this issue. Our immediate priority is to implement fixes for the November payments, starting from December 1st, 2023. We are aiming to have these issues resolved as soon as possible, potentially by the upcoming Friday, though this is not guaranteed and remains to be determined (the likelihood is 50/50 at this stage).
