One of the Recommended Tags sort options is via Keyword Score.
The score listed next to each Tag is the same in Keyword Explorer. The score accounts for Search Volume, Competition, and Optimization Strength. If you have a paid membership the score is weighted. If not, it's unweighted.
If the keyword score sort is disabled, please wait until the scores load or click the Refresh Scores button.
You can also change or add a keyword via the Recommended Tags feature which will populate new tags and their accompanying keyword scores. Click 'Add Target Keyword' or the X icon next to the keyword that's currently there:
Please note, that you may not see a keyword score for every tag, but you can click on the magnifying glass icon on the tag which opens Keyword Explorer to see its score:
