Hey, TubeBuddies! We have a big update on the Keyword Explorer that will be coming out this month!

What's new?
1)We've removed the Historical tab and moved the interest over time chart to the front and also enabled the options of achartof the 30 days or 12 month interest over time.
2)We've grouped the keyword data such as Video Searches, Web Searches, and Common Video Tags into one section of the Keyword Explorer.

3)In the common tag tab, you can set it as the default tab to open. Note that this is the Common Video Tags, but it has been grouped in with the other keyword data.
4)We've moved the "# Exact Matches" to the front, although it will still be in the results tabs.
If you don't know what the exact matches are, go into the results tab and you'll see either yours or other people's video on the searched keyword. If they have that keyword in their title or description, you'll see it highlighted. This counts towards the exact matches in top results.
In this case, we're using the term "TubeBuddy" and as you can see in the picture below, the people who uses TubeBuddy in their title and description have it highlighted.
Other Changes
1)Google video carousel! We check the first page of Google's search results for this keyword to see if there's a video carousel available. You can see this by clicking on the Google tab.
What is a Google video carousel?When you search up a term inGoogle.com, there's a chance you may see a segment in the search that says "Videos". This is the video carousel that showcases videos from YouTube.
What does this mean for me?If there is a video carousel for the term, then there's a chance of your video showing up on Google. By having your video shown on Google, there are more chances for new viewers to discover you.
(Note that Google is also taking your chapters into account)
2)New Videos! The number of videos with the NEW tag on the first page of YouTube search results.
What does "New Videos" mean? When you or somebody else upload a video, YouTube adds a NEW tag that you can see in the search results. While having this NEW tag, it helps boost your video's ranking for about three days.
What does this mean for me? Knowing how many people are uploading new videos is important for how popular or competitive it can be. If you're searching up a term and see that 10 out of 20 videos are new, then you have a good idea that these 10 videos are currently competing for the top spot and also have a boost in ranks for the next three days.
