When you purchase a TB license, it should automatically be attached to your channel. If you find yourself unable to access the features of the acquired license, there are generally three potential reasons:
1. You purchased the license on the incorrect channel.
2. Your license has been detached.
3. You bought a license without selecting a channel.
How to Attach Your TubeBuddy License
1. Log in to your TB dashboard at https://tubebuddy.com/account
2. In your dashboard, you'll see your Licenses box on the right side. If the license doesn't have a channel attached, you will see the following in red. Click on Manage for that license.
3. On the License Details page, you'll see the Link Channels box > click in the box and in the drop-down menu, click the green + symbol to add the channel. If you don't see the channel you want, then head back to your TB dashboard (click Account on the left) to add the channel or add the URL.
5. Click on OK on the confirmation pop-up if you're sure this is the channel you want it attached to.
6. Your license is now attached to the desired channel:

NOTE: If you delete your channel from the dashboard with the license still attached, it will cancel your license.
