Search rank can sometimes not show up if:
A) There are too many search requests detected by YouTube
B) An error occurred while retrieving the search rank
To resolve this we recommend the following:
1) Disable any extra YouTube extensions other than TubeBuddy
2) Wait 10-15 minutes and try again
3) Go to https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=tubebuddy, if you get a Captcha prompt, fill it out and try again.
