Answering comments is an excellent way to engage with your audience and let them know that you are approachable and active. Unfortunately, some viewers will take advantage of your comment section by leaving spam, inappropriate comments, or other needlessly negative responses. Sometimes, a user will leave multiple unwanted comments across a large number of videos. It can be frustrating and time-consuming trying to go back and uncover/delete all of their comments.
That is why TubeBuddy created the option to delete all comments for an individual user.
You can access this from your Community portal - click the three-dot Action Menu below one of their comments and select the TubeBuddy 'Remove all existing comments from this user' option:
